PAVILION KUALA LUMPUR ACHIEVED HISTORIC DOUBLE VICTORY AT MALAYSIA SHOPPING MALLS ASSOCIATION’S AWARDS 2024-2025
Mall secured Gold in ‘Best Experiential Marketing’ and Platinum in ‘Top Sustainability Practices’,
marking its most successful year to date.
Pavilion Kuala Lumpur has made history with a double victory at this year’s Malaysia Shopping Malls Association’s (PPK Malaysia) recent awards event, held during the Shopping Centre Conference 2025. The mall secured Gold in ‘Best Experiential Marketing’ category and Platinum in the prestigious ‘Top Sustainability Practices’ Award 2024-2025. This remarkable achievement represents the mall's most successful year at the PPKM Awards since their inception.

Under Category C (malls with net lettable area of 1,000,000 sq ft and above) of the 'Best Experiential Marketing' Awards 2024-2025, Pavilion Kuala Lumpur delivered a spectacular win, taking home the Gold for its enchanting 'Christmas Enchantment 2024' celebration, which saw visitors witnessed a glittering winter wonderland featuring the Crystal Fountain's magical snowfall experience, Santa meet-and-greets, and the 'Dior Ball of Dreams' – which showcased Southeast Asia’s tallest Dior Christmas tree at 12 metres, complete with personalised gifting services and the exclusive Dior Holiday Café.
Beyond marketing excellence, Pavilion REIT’s commitment to ESG earned the Platinum award in ‘Top Sustainability Practices’ (Category C) Award 2024-2025 for its comprehensive 'Pavilion Loves Sustainability 2025' campaign. The initiative witnessed the transformation of Pavilion Kuala Lumpur’s Centre Court into an interactive sustainability education hub, featuring innovative zones such as the Fertiliser Panel, Weaving Wall, and ReBag Station, alongside multiple partner activations.

The campaign’s strategic partnership with the Nicol David Organisation marked a significant focus on youth empowerment and community wellness, aligning with UN Sustainable Development Goals. Key collaborations included Kiehl’s Mission Renewal initiative, Royal Selangor’s 140th anniversary environmental responsibility showcase, and WWF’s Save the Malayan Tiger conservation programme.
