As the holy month of Ramadan approaches, VE Hotel & Residence is delighted to announce the launch of the Citarasa Sedunia Ramadan Buffet. This year’s buffet promises a culinary experience filled with an array of delectable dishes from local to international. With over 100 selections on offer, ranging from traditional must-haves to international delights, there is definitely something to satisfy everyone.

Guests will be greeted to the main buffet line upon entering the restaurant where hot dishes, crafted with local ingredients awaits. Among the irresistible highlights not to be missed are the tantalizing Daging Masak Merah, the sumptuous Ayam Masak Madu, and the flavourful sushi bar, each offering a unique culinary journey for the discerning palate.

For those with a penchant for cheese, an extraordinary culinary experience awaits at the Cheese Wheel Pasta station where each order is made a-la-minute. The al-dente pasta will first be cooked with a creamy truffle alfredo sauce then poured into the cheese wheel, allowing the flavours to meld and infuse into every bite. A truly decadent delight that is unique to this year’s buffet.

In addition to the main buffet line, guests can explore the live station corner brimming with irresistible treats. Indulge in all-time favourites such as the Grilled Whole Lamb, alongside succulent chicken and beef satay as well as our Bakar-bakar station serving both squid and stingray for guests to choose from and get them grilled. The Kebab station is available for guests to choose between the protein of their choice and the sauces to accompany it.

Dive into the Dim Sum stall, where hot steamed delicacies await. Alternatively, indulge in the Claypot Asam Pedas, where you can choose what you want to pair our tantalising asam pedas gravy with, delivering a comforting experience with every spoonful. For those seeking warmth and comfort, our Soup station is a must-have for breaking fast. Simmered for an extended period, this hearty option also has 5 additional protein add-ons, ensuring a customisable experience that satisfies every craving.

Citarasa Sedunia Ramadan Buffet will be available at The Straits Estate, Level M3 starting from 5 March to 28 March 2025. Early bird vouchers will be available for sale from now till 4 March 2025 and is at a discounted price of RM118+ per adult and RM59+ per child (6-12 years old). Normal price at RM168+ per adult and RM84+ per child will be available 5 March onwards.
