The highlight of the Abundance Set is the Szechuan Peppercorn Roasted Whole Chicken. The dish boasts a crispy and flavourful chicken skin with juicy meat on the inside, creating a burst of flavours from our spices as you bite your way into the festive spirit.

This centerpiece dish boasts a perfectly roasted whole chicken, infused with aromatic Szechuan peppercorns. The crispy skin and juicy meat are a treat for all senses, complemented by the crunch of prawn crackers.

4. Steamed Tiger Grouper with Black Bean Sauce
Freshly steamed tiger grouper is delicately prepared with black bean sauce, letting its natural flavors shine. This dish is a must-try for seafood lovers seeking bold yet balanced flavors.

Meanwhile the highlight of the Prosperity Set is the Salted Egg Pheonix Prawn with Oats. This scrumptious creation highlights the rich and robust flavours of our salted egg sauce, complemented by the freshness of our Pheonix prawn, culminating in a culinary masterpiece.

Crispy, golden prawns coated in a creamy salted egg yolk sauce and sprinkled with oats deliver a delightful crunch and umami flavor that lingers long after the first bite. I love how intense the flavour is even from within the prawns!

A vegetarian delight, the earthy shiitake mushrooms are perfectly braised and served with tender baby bok choy, offering a wholesome addition to the menu.
