This 6th October, Tokyo's Legendary Stamina Don Arrives in Malaysia

Ladies and gentlemen, standby on 6th October as it is the opening of Densetsu no Sutadon-ya at Level 4, Lot 10. They will be launching an irresistible opening promotion at RM3 for a bowl of Sutadon between 6th October to 8th October 2023. Limited to 500 meals per day only.

Japanese rice bowl chain brand "Densetsu no Sutadon-ya" is set to open their first Malaysian outlet in Lot 10 this October 6th, 2023. Owned and operated by Antworks Co Ltd, Densetsu no Sutadon-ya started off in Tokyo in 1971 and now sells their signature dish in 198 outlets across Japan.

Sutadon-ya originated as a hearty meal for a Tokyo shop’s staff and went viral in the traditional way - by word of mouth. The name comes from the word “stamina” and “donburi” (rice-bowl dish), and Sutadon-ya is rapidly expanding across the globe, finally landing on Malaysian shores this 2023.

A comfortable dining experience

As part of its international expansion plans, this new opening in Kuala Lumpur will feature a menu drawing from their most popular dishes in Japan alongside international favourites. Their signature dish is the ever-popular Tokyo Stamina Rice which consists of a bowl of thinly sliced pork doused with a special garlic-soy sauce heaped onto a bowl of warm Japanese rice. The menu is rounded out with classics such as Tokyo Stamina Curry, a mild Japanese curry loaded with onions and garlic, and Tokyo Stamina Fried Chicken, a karaage bursting with garlicky goodness and much more.

 

To raise awareness and promote the opening of their first Malaysian outlet, Sutadon-ya will be offering their signature Tokyo Stamina Rice at just RM3 per portion (normal price: RM29) from October 6th to 8th, 11am onwards with a limit of 500 bowls per day! During these three days, only the Tokyo Stamina Rice will be served, with the full menu only available starting from October 9th.
