In light of the Prime Minister’s announcement on June 10, 2020,
announcing the implementation the Recovery Movement Control Order (“RMCO”), WCT Malls is all set to
welcome shoppers from the surrounding residential districts and travelers to its airport malls
gateway@klia2 and SkyPark Terminal. Both malls have undertaken the necessary precautionary measures for the health and safety of its shoppers, tenants, vendors and staff.
There will be mandatory measures as per the Standard Operating Procedures (“SOPs”) issued by the relevant local authorities such as temperature checks, provision of hand sanitisers, frequent sterilisation of all facilities and common areas and social distancing of at least one metre between visitors to help preserve public health.
Additionally, all dining establishments in gateway@klia2 and SkyPark Terminal will be open to customers for dine-in, adhering strictly with the SOPs set by the authorities under the RMCO. These SOPs include ensuring table distancing of two-metre as well as registration of customer contacts to enable contact tracing.
Mall visitors are also encouraged to use cashless payments such as e-wallets, credit and debit cards to further minimise human contact.
Moreover, as a gesture to welcome visitors, gateway@klia2 and SkyPark Terminal is also offering its loyal shoppers with several exclusive promotions and rewards.
