Caversham Wildlife Park in Perth
Caversham Wildlife Park is not exactly a zoo but more like a petting zoo with a close encounter some lovely animals. This is my first time in a petting zoo and I was all excited to get up close and personal with some of the animals. Check out this little cutie pie, a rainbow coloured bird. He has so many colours on him. Just one look at him, it just brightens up my day.
Birds standing on one leg.
That's me all covered up in almost everything you can imagine. From a cap, to a scarf and a coat. Yup! I am afraid of the cold. Brrrrr.....it's freezing in the outdoors.
This is gonna be one blogpost for animal lovers and there are tons of pictures here taken in my previous Perth trip.
Wallaby Sightings. Aren't they cute?
With the bountiful wool harvested from these guys. I went and pet these cute little fellas and their wool is actually pretty thick!
Can you see how thick is their wool?
Mom and I taking turns in cuddling this lamb. It feels like cuddling my dog!
We were allowed to roam among these animals and I took the opportunity for some selfies with them.
This is a wombat. All cuddly and snuggled up in the arms of this man. The wombat has short legs and they are native to Australia.
The Koala is forever tired and sleeping. It's not easy catching it awake.
And when it's awake, it's forever eating.
Some memorable shots with the koala together with mom.
A beautiful peacock was seen roaming around. I tried to follow it and he started running away. Too bad he did not display is tail.
A cute little penguin that is about to take a dive.
Sun Bathing Kangaroos. Looks like someone really know how to enjoy life, eh.
My brother the animal lover, feeding these fellas.
Mom giving it a go too! Thumbs up mom, you're doing fine!
The lazy look
It was drizzling slightly. Well the weather in Perth is so unpredictable. It rained for so many days. We were thankful that the weather was slightly better (although it was drizzling) when we went to this petting zoo as it was outdoors mostly.
Hoppity Hop. Caught in action bouncing away.
And hugging each other. Awww they are so cute.
Come here you little fella....let me touch you.
All curled up and sleeping like a baby
Mom and Brother in all smiles admiring the Koala in sight.
Koala doing the split! Hahahahaa. Most of the time these Koala Bears are curled up like a furball. You can see that they are "quite tall" in fact with his legs all stretched out.
Clinging on to the ranger's back.
Must have Koala Picture Moment
A very tired Koala
Interesting tree with red blooms that is berbulu-bulu
This little penguin is so cute and he looks like he's gonna take a dive. This is my brother's favourite animal. Which is yours?
For all you animal lovers, hope u had fun going through some of my fun animal pictures.
Till next time!
