This will definitely be a hit especially with movie and video buffs, and is purposefully making its presence known through pre-movie advertising screenings held at selected GSC Cinemas, in addition to commercials on Youtube, Facebook, Instagram and other popular video streaming sites.

“We anticipate that the Jack ‘n Jill Calbee Potato Chips will be much sought after by young Malaysian working adults who are always on the look-out for quality snack food that offers them great flavours”, said Mr Brian Go, general manager of URC Malaysia & Singapore.

“Moreover, I’m confident that the fresh, crispy and extra crunchy potato chips will bring consumers’ snacking experience to the next level, turning these into a “must have” snack food and the best companion with their favourite screens”, he elaborated.

“Having been in Malaysia for almost four decades, we believe that we have a good grasp of what Malaysians look for when buying snack foods and we are confident that our new high quality brand will excite the local snack food fans”, Mr. Go added.

The Smoky BBQ gives a sweet and smoky barbecue taste, while the Flamin’ Chilli offers hot and spicy potato chips which are favourite flavours among snack food consumers in the country, while the Classic Salted chips offer crispy potato chips seasoned with salt, a time-honoured favourite among locals.
URC-Calbee uses only premium quality potatoes in the production of the potato chips and runs it through stringent high-quality procedures to ensure freshness and taste.
