Wacky Photo Contest by Be Duty Free

A few months ago, I came across and participated in this Wacky Photo Contest  organized by BE DUTY FREE Be Duty Free is managed by Heinemann Duty Free and  is located within the Departure Hall at KLIA 2 .  I found the right picture that fits the theme perfectly!  It was a fun picture with a birthday theme and not just any birthday theme.  It was a travel inspired birthday theme where me and some friends dressed up in US and UK fashion theme.  More info and pictures from my travel theme birthday bash here.  And a one month down the line I was declared a winner as announced on Be Duty Free's Facebook Page Yay!  Special thanks to Josephine of Heinemann Duty Free for handing the prizes to me. Christmas in Atlantis at Sunway Pyramid

The theme for this year's Christmas Celebration at Sunway Pyramid is Christmas at Atlantis. I must say, Sunway Pyramid never cease to amaze me every year. I am very impressed! Year after year the creativity gets better and better. It's like I am being transported to some magical underwater fairyland. Submerge into a stunning augmented reality aquatic wonderland at LG2 Orange Concourse where shoppers can make friends with virtual mystical mermaids, serene seahorses and dashing dolphins. Watch out for playful school of fishes, laid-back stingrays and majestic sharks! Food Review: Soon Heong Bak Kut Teh TTDI

I had the privilege to try out Soon Heong's Bak Kut Teh a t one of their branches at TTDI last night and was impressed by the delicious soup base and Yui Tiao (Yeow Char Kway) they offered. More info on this below. According to the manager, Andy lunch time can be crowded.  For those who are familiar with this brand name, Soon Heong also has an outlet in Jinjang. Their  maiden outlet is located at Jinjang South, Jalan Jambu Gajus and has been established since 1969. That's a whopping 46 years into the business! The shop is clean and simple, with a minimalist  design.  Let me start off by introducing my favourite dish from last night's food review. This is the dry version of bak kut teh called spicy thin sliced pork (dry)  As I have been taking soupy ones all the time, this is my very first dry Bak Kut Teh and I am loving it! .
