Kurasi Malaysia opening its doors on 21 Sept 2019

Kurasi Malaysia, Malaysia's No. 1 Japan Fashion Live Mall will be officially opening its doors to the public on 21 Sept 2019, at 10.00am sharp. So, get ready and mark your diaries cause there will be some cool giveaways on their opening day! It's very easy to get there via the Monorail that stops right in front of Quill City Mall. The stop is called Medan Tuanku. Just take a ride easily from KL Sentral Monorail to Medan Tuanku monorail station and you will end up at the door step of Quill City Mall.

Take the escalator up to Level 1 and you will see the huge Kurasi signage. You certainly can't miss it!

“Kurasi” means “Lifestyle”.

Located at Lot 1-30A , Level 1 of Quill City Mall at the heart of Kuala Lumpur, Kurasi Malaysia is retail store offering clothing and a variety and choice of apparel products with Japan Quality Standard.

Kurasi is made up of 3 different segment within their store.

1. Kurasi Select features trendy apparels selected and imported from Japan. Up-to-date Japan fashion, made under Japan standards.

2. Kurasi Gallery features seasonal and traditional fashion with an eye on Japanese culture and seasonal event.

3. Japan Outlet provides an opportunity to shop at lower price points, with events and workshops.

At Kurasi, one can experience authentic Japan design, with a rich and wide variation of choice and everything is at reasonable price.

These 2 dresses were my top choices. But I could not decide which one is better. Mom picked the beige while I picked the pink floral. Guess who won? Mom knows best! Mom of course!

Dress costs RM119 each.

I had a fun day modelling some of their clothes too. Here I am matching my light weight floral dress in neutral shade with a striking pink ribbon bag.

And next I changed into my other pink floral dress and matched it with this hot pink bag (RM89)

I had to try this on. Fits like a glove!

You can try on clothes here easily as they have plenty of fitting rooms here.

Next thing that caught my eye was a black long sleeve T Shirt (RM89) with a Golden Phoenix.

The back part has plenty of detail. It says a One Size Fits all and surprisingly it fits me so well.

Let's take a look at the back of this T-Shirt! Filled with Gold Koi Fish! This would be perfect for Chinese New Year! Nian Nian You Yu! Price RM89

One of my favourite is also the Dragon, a symbol of intelligence and power!

Mom and I had a great time shopping at Kurasi Malaysia.

Mom also became a model for the day!

My mom really know how to strike a pose!

The friendly staff that is ever so attentive flashing their great BIG SMILE! Yup! That's service with a smile.

This section is super colourful. It nearly blinded my eyes, literally. Well, if you wanna really stand out, go straight to this section and take your pick!

I found pieces that appeal to me - Skirts in embroidery! They come in white and grey! Aren't these pretty!

Well here is a closer look to appreciate its detail.

Plenty of fantasy unicorn skirts here. I guess that's a Japanese thing. In fact I already own 3 pieces to match with my unicorn top. So I am skipping this for now.

Oh! They even have clothes for little ones. How adorable.

And even clothes for tiny tots!

Kurasi's mission is to contribute to better lives by supplying all merchandise under Japan design, in a Japan shopping environment, with the desire to instill a warm Japan encounter.

And you cannot go wrong with these! The Japanese fashion is all about Big hats and scarfs. Once you put these on, you will look like a Japanese! This beautiful hat below is one of my favourites. Priced at an affordable RM39. Most of the pieces are available 1 design unit only. So once you see something you like, you better grab it fast!

Handbags. However, I find these handbags a little too pricey, around the range of RM200+ each.

You can be assured on its reliable quality at a reasonable cost, an opportunity to enjoy “Japan feel” shopping. Shopping can once again be fun.
